An experienced contracts manager is required to support the MD by pricing and tendering for works. Minimum experience 2-3 years. The applicant must have previous experience in demolition and preferably have some HND qualifications in a construction background. The applicant must be punctual, hard working, dedicated, have an eye for detail, good with figures and be computer literate, and be able to drive.
The role will include pricing works under the supervision of the MD, putting tenders together, preparing risk assessments, and working closely with our Health and Safety Manager.
The applicant is to live within 30 miles of Alton and be prepared to travel into London, and South, South East England to price and tender for jobs.
